Carrie
Carrie and Josh have been friends of mine for years. I've known Josh for about 20 years, he met Carrie fell in love (in fact he knew he was going to marry her the day he met her) and indeed got married a few years ago. I had the pleasure of shooting their wedding and now they are onto the next phase of their life. As you can tell from the pictures, Carrie, is now pregnant, carrying Jacob their son. Considering Carrie is gorgeous shooting her pregnancy was a must. We squeezed this in just in time as she had Jacob the next day. Baby pictures to follow...
Mai and Takanori
Last year I had the pleasure of shooting a family session with Bill, Monica and Talia. This past week Monica's brother Takanori and his new bride came to visit Monica, Bill and Talia from Japan. They had just gotten married in Japan the past week but Monica and Bill were unable to go so when they came to L.A. they got dressed up again in their wedding gear and we headed out to Santa Monica pier for a quick session before sunset. Bill, Monica and Talia went also and were my translators as Mai and Takanori do not speak english but were so easy to shoot and never stopped smiling, making it a pleasure to shoot. Ruthy and Daniel
Ruthy and Daniel's wedding was a first class affair. Held at a beautiful mansion up on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Santa Barbara. The day started off with the guys and girls getting ready, snacking on tasty treats and drinking champagne. The ceremony was held in the front of the house and was beautifully decorated with flowers by Mai Hoang at Bunch Studio. The ceremony was very touching and more than a few tears were shed. Everyone was all smiles after as they greeted all their close family and friends and then the party started. There were toasts that truly showed how much Ruthy and Daniel are both loved and admired. The dancing and music was amazing, DJ'd by Senor Amor who did an absolutely great job. The day was amazing as are the both of you, congratulations guys!!! Hope you had a great honey moon in Brazil...here's a little preview for you.
